Banner Maintenance Complete

Moodle maintenance complete

Moodle has been upgraded to 5.1.4 and is back in service. Please contact its@reed.edu if you encounter any issues.

Banner Planned Outage Until 11am

The Banner ERP system is offline for maintenance. Service is expected to be restored by 11am.

The following services are unavailable while maintenance is in progress:

- IRIS and SOLAR
- Campus directories
- ATLAS (Degree progress evaluation)
- Banner Admin pages
- Banner Self-Service web sites (Employee Self-Service which provides access to employee time sheets, Student Self Service, Advancement Self-Service)
- Document Management and Forms (Etrieve)
- Oracle databases (including ÈËÆÞÓÕ»ó websites accessing Banner/Oracle data)
- Argos reports accessing Banner data

REEDCO Instance Restarted

The REEDCO Oracle instance has been restarted, all dependent web pages and apps should be available again.

Planned Outages

Moodle update and downtime, Saturday, June 6, 6 a.m.-10 p.m.

On Saturday, June 6, beginning at 6 a.m., IT will upgrade Moodle to version 5.1.4. While the update is in progress, Moodle will be unavailable. We expect that Moodle access will be restored by 10 p.m. on Saturday, June 6.

Updates will be posted to the IT System Status page.

REEDCO Instance Restart

The REEDCO Oracle instance needs an unscheduled restart to address an internal issue. The restart will occur at 6pm this evening, Tuesday June 2nd, and should last approximately 30min; a number of ÈËÆÞÓÕ»ó web pages and applications will be down for the duration of the restart. Updates will be posted here.
